Ordering and turnaround
How long does an order take? Can I have it in a rush?
It varies with the complexity and type of order, but our standard completion times are: digital print and large format 2 to 3 days, offset printing 1 week, apparel 10 days, label printing 5 days, and promotional products and large signage 2 to 6 weeks. For last-minute orders and rush options, it’s in our name: we can accommodate almost any rush printing and quick turnaround.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the printing method. Business cards and brochures usually have low minimums; booklets and mail-outs may need more because of how they are produced. Digital printing suits smaller runs and offset suits larger ones. If you’re unsure, our team will guide you.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing scales with quantity across all products, for small businesses and large organisations. Send us your order details and we’ll quote the best price.
Can I see a proof before it’s printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every custom and repeat order. Check the text, colours and layout; we make any changes and resend before printing.
Files and design
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, EPS, AI, PNG and JPG. For the best results, send a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI. Through the quote form you can attach files up to 4 MB in total; use Send a File for anything bigger.
What resolution should my artwork be?
For print, 300 DPI at the final size. For signs, at least 150 to 300 DPI at the actual size of the sign.
What if I don’t have a design or the original file?
Our in-house design team can create a new design, refresh an old one, or rebuild a file you’ve lost.
Products and materials
What types of stationery can you print?
Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, notepads, NCR forms, greeting cards, invitations and more.
What paper stocks do you have?
Matte, gloss, silk, kraft and recycled papers, in thicknesses from lightweight to cardstock.
Do you print custom sizes?
Yes, for most products, within our equipment’s limits. Send us the dimensions and we’ll find the best fit.
What materials are available for signs and decals?
Permanent, 3M and removable vinyl, corrugated plastic (coroplast), foam board, acrylic, PVC and aluminum, each suited to different needs like durability, visibility, UV and weather resistance.
Do you install signs?
We can advise on installing it yourself. Many signs come with grommets or mounting options, and decals come masked for easy application. For large or complex installs, ask us.
Can you handle large sign orders?
Yes, from a single event to large projects, with discounts on high-volume orders.
