Questions we get
How long does printing take?
It depends on the job and the quantity. Rush is in our name: we can accommodate most last-minute jobs, so tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and the printing method. Business cards and brochures have low minimums. Booklets and mail-outs may need more because of how they are produced. Digital printing suits smaller runs; offset suits larger ones. Ask and we’ll guide you.
Should I choose digital or offset printing?
Digital printing is best for smaller quantities, fast turnaround and versions with different names or addresses. Offset printing is best for higher quantities, exact Pantone colours, metallic and neon inks, and finishes like spot gloss or UV varnish.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, EPS, AI, PNG and JPG. For the best result, send a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 DPI. Logos and text work best as vector files (AI, EPS or SVG).
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every custom and repeat order. Check the text, colours and layout, ask for changes, and we print once you approve.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create a new design, refresh an old one, or rebuild a file you no longer have.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Pricing scales with quantity across all print products, for small businesses and large organisations alike. Send us the details and we’ll quote the best price for your run.
